We aim to deliver high-quality plastering and rendering services that meet your expectations. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless we cancel the booking ourselves.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • If work has not started, we will refund any payment made, minus the deposit (if applicable).

  • If work has already started, refunds are not normally given, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Quality Concerns

If you are unhappy with the quality of our work:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of completion.

  • We will assess the issue and, where reasonable, offer to fix the problem at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are only offered if we are unable to resolve the issue.
